Mr. Bob Yan is an experienced cross-border legal practitioner on Hong Kong laws and PRC lawyers. He was dual-qualified in Hong Kong and PRC. His main practice areas include cross-border litigation, inheritance, divorce, trade litigation, real estate, corporate matters, intellectual property, etc. Mr. Yan has over 14 years post qualification experience in legal practice, and he is a fluent speaker of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Bar Admission

Mr. Yan is qualified both as a Hong Kong solicitor and as a PRC lawyer. He was admitted in Mainland China in 2004 as a PRC lawyer in 2004 and was qualified as a Hong Kong solicitor in 2013.
